Welcome to my blog about running and other stuff that may or may not be about running. I love running. I hate running (sometimes). What I really love is the feeling I have after a *good* run, and the health benefits I’ve seen along the way. It’s been a long time coming. When I first wrote this part about myself, I said I hoped to include some recipes. Ha! That’s a good one. I am a vegetarian, a pescatarian if you want me to be accurate. I eat fish. I wish I were a better cook. I love wine, so I run for those calories, among many other things I run for, including fitness, exercise, race days, race-associated bling, and my sanity, to name a few.
I’m doing yoga as a cross train in the hopes of becoming beyond strong…. yoga strong is a whole other level. I will get there.
This is me, running the Tulsa Route 66 half in November 2012. I like this picture because it’s unflattering and the look on my face is one of running determination. 🙂
